We took everything back to the apartment and then back on the metro to the Park Pobedi (Victory Park). This is the Victory Day museum and the surrounding grounds including an eternal flame and the changing of the guard. We met the Arbatskii district of missionaries who were taking their P-day on Wednesday instead of Monday somehow because of Victory Day that was going to be on Thursday, May 9th. It was wonderful being there the day before Victory Day. There were lots of people and activity.

Back to the metro and to dinner at a Asian food buffet. All you can put on one plate for 399 rubles. Apparently this is a favorite for the missionaries and Bear had learned how to really stack it on, including the tricks of what foods you can use for layering. Interesting differences in Chinese food there compared to here and both are probably way different than the real thing in China. Offerings included ram, duck, pig ear.

After dinner, the Moscow Circus. Very fun event; clearly a touristy location as they had signs in English and Japanese. Lots of acrobatics and elephants.
