Barrett's email, May 6th

Somebody getting married and putting their lock on one of the 22 lock trees in the center of Moscow. They put the lock on the tree and then throw the key over their shoulder into the river. Cool little tradition.

 At the Tretyakovskaya Gallery

Still at the gallery

One of my very favorite paintings in the gallery
Lidia's baptism. This woman has been investigating the church for 12 years. She was investigating even back when the man who is now the stake president was investigating (who baptized her, by the way)

A potential investigator showing us his talent at Family Home Evening. It was awesome

Ok so unless you have any objections and have some way of letting me know before sunday, we will be skyping YOUR  sunday night at 8:00pm (my monday morning 7:00am). Once again, that's your Sunday nighty (mother's day) 8:00 in the evening. ...Oh man, I am getting excited. I can't believe it's this week.
The package has not yet come, but I am not too worried. This week and last week were two big weeks for holidays in Russia. This wednesday (the day we normally get mail) is Victory Day, the biggest Russian holiday...
Concerning the stack of letters I've been writing for the last 2 months but haven't sent because I know that if I send some, I may never finish the rest: well, I'm just about finished and I realized I don't have a lot of these address, or I'm not sure if they still have that address, so maybe I could give you some of the names, and if you have them maybe in the next email (which will be just a couple hours after we skype) you could send them. How does that sound? I warn you, there's a lot...

So this past week has been awesome. Don't let me forget to tell you all about Kiril. He's a miracle. I can't wait to talk to all of you. Time is flying by. Way to go with the missionary work on Sunday. Don't be afraid to help the missionaries. haha. Members are everything. Kiril was a referral from a member. Oh man, missionary work is the best. Well, Have a great week. Tell everyone I said hi. Talk to you soon. Love you
