A New Project (at work)

This week I have been asked to be on a project team to work with a consultant to do a feasibility study on the combination of the two taxing agencies.  It is due early November which means a crazy pack.  I am excited to see what the consultant will do.  This idea has been being worked on for over six months and the concept comes up about every two years, but this time it seems to be the most persistent. It is possible, I am not of the idea that it can't be done but there are things to consider and our job will be to present the information so those who will make the decision will make a good one.
